Do you have a friend or family member facing a serious illness? Do you wish you felt more prepared to offer comfort, guidance, and support?

The Living Hope Cancer Ministry of Lake Ridge Baptist Church invites you to a foundational training session on basic hospice care. The workshop will provide valuable information and resources for individuals and families seeking to better understand hospice care and general support guidance. 

This workshop is presented by Colleen Carberry, a devoted nurse who views her work not simply as a profession, but as a ministry of presence, compassion, and service. Colleen has spent more than 25 years walking alongside patients and families during some of life’s most sacred and vulnerable moments. She will help you understand both the blessings and responsibilities of serving others with love, humility, and grace as they (or even you) can during such a time as this.
