A Heart of the Community Ministry
Bill Mehr Drop In Center for the Homeless
The Cooperative Council of Ministries (CCoM) and the Bill Mehr Drop In Center Committee together with Prince William County Department of Social Services operate the Bill Mehr Drop-in Center. The Center provides services to homeless individuals in our community needing assistance. Meals, showers, job training, counseling, peer groups, computer skills, case management services and GED preparation and spiritual care are all provided.

Hilda Barg Homeless Prevention Center
The Hilda Barg Homeless Prevention Center helps families and individuals find permanent pathways out of homelessness. It is operated by Northern Virginia Family Service.
Lake Ridge Baptist Church dedicates two weeks of the year to serving food at the center – one week in June and again in December.
