John
That You May Believe
Adult (Co-Ed) Bible Study
Have you ever wondered why the Gospel of John is so different from the accounts of Jesus’ life recorded in Matthew, Mark, and Luke? John wrote his Gospel “that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God”, so it is designed to convince those who had not seen Jesus to believe in him, to help believers deepen their faith, and to convince unbelievers to trust in Jesus Christ as their Savior.
Starting in September, the Wednesday night Bible study will focus on John’s writings, taking those purposes seriously as they apply to lives in the post-Christian culture of 2026. Moving through the Gospel of John, we will examine the signs, teachings, and prayers of Jesus that reveal His divine identity and saving mission and then conclude with John’s letters, which reinforce the marks of true faith and the call for us to walk in truth and love.
This study is ideal for both those who are not Christians, but want to know more about what that means, and for believers seeking doctrinal depth, spiritual confidence, and a strengthened faith in our Lord, Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
Nursery & Childcare are available during the study by pre-registration. Please register below.
NOTE: If you are unable to attend on Wednesday nights, the study sessions will be repeated during the Sunday School hour (9:45 am) in Room 9 the following week.
